About Us

Mission

To become the key platform connecting the Ukrainian and Irish business communities — providing business events, mentorship, and strategic support for bilateral trade.

Vision

To strengthen economic, cultural, and business ties between Ukraine and Ireland by supporting entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals from both countries.

The Chamber serves as a bridge between the two economies by supporting Ukrainian entrepreneurs, assisting Irish companies in exploring opportunities in Ukraine.

Our Team

Pavlo Bogachenko

- Internationally qualified lawyer (Ukraine, Ireland, England & Wales, New York), with over a decade of experience advising clients at on complex cross-border transactions and strategic business solutions for multinational clients. He currently works in the Dublin office of a top-tier global law firm.
- Since 2011, Pavlo has been actively engaged in civil society projects in Ukraine, supporting democratic governance and reforms. He also leads Ukraine-related pro bono initiatives, including providing legal assistance to NGOs and humanitarian organisations, and those focused on Ukraine's reconstruction and EU accession.
- Pavlo is an EU Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellow and a German Marshall Fund Transatlantic Inclusion Leaders Network Fellow.

Anna Krys

- A natural entrepreneur, she has run multiple businesses, led community development initiatives, and has worked in the tech industry in both Ukraine and Ireland.
- Listed among Top 30 Under 30 (The Sunday Business Post, Ireland).
- Winner of the European Union Digitalisation for Civil Society Award.

Vlada Shevchenko

- Ex-founder of an Enterprise Ireland-backed startup, secured €100,000 in government funding, represented on major global tech stages including Dublin Tech Summit and Web Summit, and nominated for the National Startup Awards 2024.
- Listed among the Top 30 Under 30 Entrepreneurs by Irish Independent (2024).
- A Business and Marketing Consultant with over five years of experience in funding strategy and grant acquisition.

Volodymyr Kovalchuk

- International Growth Lead at Google: Scaled a mobile apps ecosystem from 10M to 300M users and received an award from the President of Google.
- Co-founder & Director of United for Changes NGO: Built operations, logistics, and a B2B partnership network, delivering more than €10M in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
